Benefits Account Manager Position Available

The Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for managing employee benefits insurance accounts, collaborating with Producers on marketing efforts, and maintaining positive client relationships. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
As an experienced insurance professional, you will have at least two years of experience in Employee Benefits Account Management, preferably in a regional or national agency. Self-funding experience is a significant advantage.
You will work independently, developing strong relationships with clients through proactive, consultative communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential. A state insurance license is mandatory.
The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO and quarterly incentives tied to department growth. Remote work options are available.
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, contingent on experience.
