Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Curative HR LLC. This is a full-time position, and the core hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
About the Role:
The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing assigned accounts, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and value for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a broad knowledge of the healthcare industry and business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance relationships with assigned clients, brokers, and consultants
- Monitor service delivery by tracking and analyzing key performance metrics
- Retail and grow assigned book of business profitably
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Broad knowledge of the healthcare industry, business practices, trends, and developments
- Adept in planning, influencing, leading change, working in a challenging environment, and multi-tasking skills required
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in an Account Management role
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
