Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions, performing housekeeping, preparing meals, administering medication, and keeping accurate clinical documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for adults with serious mental illness
- Perform housekeeping and meal preparation duties
- Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the direct care team to provide comprehensive care and support
- Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
- Eligibility requires 1 out of 3 criteria: Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, minimum three years of verifiable behavioral health experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
- Ability to frequently talk, listen, use hands and fingers, stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds
- A competitive hourly wage of $22.00 per hour DOE/Credentials
- Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates
