Role Overview:

Mondo is in search of a talented Graphic Designer to enhance our Creative Services division. This role involves collaborating with creative leaders to craft and implement advertising and marketing visuals for various entertainment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Asset Oversight: Evaluate, process, and maintain the integrity of creative materials. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to verify resolution, linked files, and font selections.
  • Digital Creation: Design and adjust digital graphics, including social media visuals, promotional content, and branding elements. Produce invitations, celebratory advertisements, and other digital and print collateral.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with the Creative Director and engage in regular creative discussions. Contribute to brainstorming sessions to cultivate and enhance design concepts.
  • Research and Organization: Compile artwork, text, and legal documentation for approvals.
  • Meetings Participation: Engage in project status and initiation meetings to outline timelines and creative evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in graphic design within a creative studio, advertising firm, or similar field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing skills in typography, graphic design, and layout.
  • Advanced skills in Photoshop, particularly in retouching and image manipulation.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Enthusiasm for film and television.
  • Familiarity with Quark, Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
