As part of the Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by serving exceptional beverages. The Studio Tour offers a unique glimpse into the magic of Hollywood, allowing fans to explore the storied sets and soundstages of a nearly century-old studio.

Within our engaging tour exhibits and retail spaces, we feature a selection of cafes designed to enrich our guests' visits. As a Coffee Specialist, you will contribute to creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas.
  • Engage with guests, assisting with their purchases and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold the store's visual appeal and maintain a clean, hygienic workspace.
  • Interact with visitors to ensure a vibrant, high-touch experience reflective of Warner Bros.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a coffee shop environment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Commitment to a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Experience with cash handling.
