We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support our financial operations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process billing related to completed projects.
2. Verify the accuracy of invoices and other financial documents.
3. Manage credit memos, write-offs, billing adjustments, and charge-offs.
4. Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accurately recorded.
5. Address payment discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
6. Set up new customer accounts and maintain updated customer files, including any changes to names or addresses.
7. Participate in monthly closing reconciliations.
8. Assist with special projects related to Accounts Receivable as directed by management.
