Job Description

Rapid Care - USA is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Clerk to support the day-to-day operational activities of our organization's accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. The ideal candidate will ensure transactions are recorded promptly and accurately in accordance with internal accounting policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, and oversee the entry of vouchers into the accounting system.
  • Initiate contact with customers having delinquent accounts, determining reason and arranging for collection.
  • Audit documentation and support.
  • Maintain current and detailed collection notes.
  • Provide consistent, professional, courteous, and high-quality customer service.
  • Generate routine reports and schedules.
  • Aid in the timely completion of the month-end close process.
  • Interact with the support team to meet deadlines and complete tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial records.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications & Scope Data
  • Education: High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
  • Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in collections and accounts payable.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite, along with an intermediate level of Excel preferred. Knowledge of General Accounting.
  • Must be dependable and organized with demonstrated ability to prioritize.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are a must.
  • Other key competencies include high degree of confidentiality, judgment, communication skills, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Special Skills Required: Proficiency in basic math and accounting skills.
  • Physical Work Environment: This is a work-from-home environment involving frequent lifting, bending, twisting, and prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
