Job Description

As a Quality Control Inspector at The Crox Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by performing in-process and final inspections, testing, and calibrations. You will read and interpret blueprints, follow shop routers and work orders, and document all quality control records. Additionally, you will perform specialized testing, develop knowledge and problem-solving skills, and work independently under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints to perform in-process and final inspections and testing
  • Follow shop routers and work orders to schedule sequence inspection and testing operations
  • Document receiving, in-process, and final inspections
  • Perform calibrations on measuring and testing equipment
  • File and maintain all quality control records
  • Perform essential duties following the Quality Management System
  • Report and document nonconformance or potential problems relating to the quality of the product and/or the QMS
  • Perform work in a professional and safe manner
  • Report on unsafe work practices
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge of dimensional inspection, testing, and manufacturing
  • Sound product knowledge
  • Added advantage: Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) operation knowledge
Education/Training/Certifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
