- Monitor performance, spending, and coordinate vehicle maintenance, uniform, and marketing supplies.
- 3+ years of experience in the construction or remodeling industry.
- 3+ years of experience in an office setting.
- 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
- Excellent customer communication and independent work skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
- Competitive pay: $50k - $60k per year.
- Eligibility for the management bonus program, with a percentage of revenue growth payout.
