SafeLease is a commercial real estate company that enables owners to maximize the value of their assets. We are expanding our tenant insurance product and building a next-gen platform that unlocks new revenue channels, optimizes data-driven pricing models, and automates revenue collection.
Job SummaryThe Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating office logistics, and providing support to the team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
- Manage visitor logistics, including hotel accommodations, schedules, parking information, and flight arrangements.
- Maintain adequate levels of office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure a well-stocked supply of office snacks and beverages.
- Assist in manning the support line.
- Manage equipment for new hires and existing employees.
- Organize team-building activities and office events, such as happy hours and office parties.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of office equipment.
- Prepare welcome slides for new hires.
- Handle office building services, including mail and maintenance.
- Maintain brochures and swag to support trade shows.
- Coordinate booth supplies for conferences.
- Assist with any moving responsibilities.
- Ensure the office complies with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement office emergency procedures and safety protocols.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in GSuite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
