Job Title: Office Manager

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative activities run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing office conditions, coordinating with suppliers, handling procurement, and assisting employees with various needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Control of office conditions and service quality, including cleaning, coffee and snacks supply, internet, and furniture.
  • Supplier Coordination: Dealing with the landlord and other potential suppliers in terms of document workflow coordination, orders, and payment processing.
  • Procurement Management: Control of office procurement, appliances availability & budget limits, ordering lacking items in advance, and ensuring their efficient stocking in the office.
  • Employee Support: Assisting local employees with adaptation, including flats and contract negotiations, banks, phones, and other advice.
Requirements:
  • More than 1 year of work experience in administrative and office care.
  • Quick learner and ready to meet short deadlines.
  • Strong stress-resistance, coordination, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Good communication skills, friendly and service-oriented, ready to be a contact person for many people and inquiries.
