As a key player in our sales efforts, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales actions to target high-end travel agencies, consortia, and direct booking channels. Your primary focus will be on the USA market, with a special emphasis on the Impression Brand.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, an existing network of high-end leisure luxury channels and segments, and a proven ability to generate and increase sales in a given territory. You will also have a solid understanding and experience in the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present to large audiences.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on the title, job description, and location.

Job Requirements:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales actions to target high-end travel agencies, consortia, and direct booking channels.
  • Grow sales and drive revenues at the retail and wholesale/partner level.
  • Coordinate and execute joint sales calls with primary partners.
  • Represent brands at various associations, trade shows, road shows, and other events.
  • Assist with sales plans, benchmarking, owner reports, marketing plans as needed.
  • Impeccably maintain partner databases.
  • Report to management on trends and market developments.
  • Build relationships with Business Partners and 3rd party vendors.
  • Take initiative to go beyond the ordinary to differentiate us from the competition and create loyalty.
  • Bring fresh new ideas to the organization in order to create new business opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Existing network of high-end leisure luxury channels and segments.
  • Proven ability to generate and increase sales in a given territory.
  • Solid understanding and experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to present to large audiences (50-350 travel agents).
  • Strong management experience with superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, highly detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to independently gather, collate, validate, and analyze data.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a team environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to travel with a valid passport.
