JOB SUMMARY:
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for balancing daily transactions related to room, restaurant, and bar operations. This role includes posting and reconciling charges and settlements efficiently, as well as preparing for the next day’s operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Compile daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing Point of Service records to detail revenue, covers, service fees, and tips.
  • Generate audit reports from the front office system and other relevant sources.
  • Address any discrepancies and resolve computer-related issues during your shift.
  • Input revenue, expenses, and allowances into the front office system to produce daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary and Daily Restaurant Summary.
  • Ensure all revenue and settlement accounts are balanced nightly, maintain accurate records, and prepare the system for the following day.
  • Adhere to attendance policies and be available for regular shifts.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency in English communication is essential. Candidates should possess a self-motivated attitude and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for effective guest interaction. A basic understanding of mathematics and the ability to perform accurate calculations using a 10-key is required. Candidates should be adept at managing guest and employee inquiries positively and have the capability to navigate a moderately complex computer system.
