Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Head Chef and Brewery Operations Manager to lead our high-volume kitchen and brewery on Pearl Street in downtown Boulder. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience managing a kitchen in a high-volume restaurant and 3+ years of proven managerial experience.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and execute daily and weekly menus, ensuring food quality and maintaining company standards.
  • Inventory Management and Control: Manage inventory, ordering, and inventory control to achieve profitability goals.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Train and develop kitchen staff, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and promote a cohesive team environment.
  • Administrative and Compliance: Monitor budget, control expenses, and ensure compliance with state and federal food safety regulations.

Requirements:



  • Proven track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in menu planning and execution, inventory management, and leadership development.
  • Possession of ServSafe Manager Certification.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other administrative tasks.
