Mountain Sun Pub & Brewery, a 28-year-old family-owned community gathering place, is seeking an Executive Brewer & Hospitality Leader to join their team. With multiple locations across the region, Mountain Sun Pubs have grown into a large family consisting of past and present employees and regular guests who are more friends than customers.

Job Description

The Executive Brewer & Hospitality Leader will be responsible for supporting the overall operation of their assigned pub. This includes managing the operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the pub, as well as recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and employing an appropriate number of employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must have:

• 2+ years prior restaurant management experience
• A strong skill set in all areas of the pub and the ability to multitask with a sense of urgency
• Leadership presence with staff, managers, and owners
• A direct and sensitive communication style
• An ambassadorial role with guests and the public
• Good hygiene and a professional appearance
• Excellent organizational skills
• Versatility on Mac computers and software

Estimated Salary

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
