We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Hospitality Server. As a key member of our Guest Relations Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Utilize strong communication skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Facilitate Beer Sampling: Offer samples of our premium beers to guests during public and private tours, special events, and at our on-site facilities, including the corporate Fred's Pub location and the Miller Visitor Center & beer garden.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Adhere to all Molson Coors safety protocols, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests and team members.
  • Work Collaboratively: Collaborate with the Hospitality Supervisor and other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Customer Service Experience: Have previous experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and walk/climb stairs daily.
