Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and team members, ensuring that every interaction is courteous, timely, and professional.
  • Manage the concierge desk, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, guests, and community partners, identifying opportunities to enhance the resident experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on local attractions, events, and services, providing recommendations and personal services to residents and guests.
  • Remind residents of scheduled reservations and events, and assist with sign-up sheets and community forms.
  • Ensure that guests and visitors abide by community rules and regulations, and call for assistance when needed.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
