Customer Success Manager

Streamline Healthcare Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, maintain relevant industry and product knowledge, serve as an advocate and voice of the customer, and coordinate across teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple customer accounts, understanding customer needs and priorities, managing projects to ensure deliverables are met, and regular meetings to stay up to date with customer needs.
- Provide product and industry consultation to customers, facilitating timely access to resources needed, and facilitating sales of added functionality and modules to increase the customer's efficiency.
- Frequent communication and meetings with other team members, including product managers, developers, testers, and other internal staff.
- Maintain customer retention, with a goal of achieving a CSAT of 80%.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager is desirable.
- Experience in Project Management and Change Management.
- Leadership and Team Building Skills.
- Background experience in Behavioral Healthcare or in Electronic Medical Records is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication skills.
- Innovative and critical thinking, problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and work alternate schedules, as required.
