Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Catalyst Career Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their insurance-related inquiries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Claims Management: Manage claims reporting and processing, and assist customers with their insurance claims needs.
  • Communication: Answer general insurance questions, clearly communicate via written and verbal communications, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved.
  • Product Education: Educate customers on products and services, and recommend available products.
  • Sales: Forward customers to sales agents when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded, and utilize technical sales knowledge to promote products/services.
  • Data Input: Input data via written and electronic communications, and process paperwork.
  • Teamwork: Reach out to peers and cooperate with supervisors to establish an overall collaborative working relationship.
Requirements:
  • Education: A high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience.
  • Knowledge: A thorough understanding of insurance products and policy schedules.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to multitask.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software, such as Microsoft Office.
