Job Summary:

As a key member of our showroom staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and welcoming showroom environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming experience
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product offerings and be able to communicate this effectively to customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and sales support
  • Support the showroom team in maintaining a clean and organized showroom environment
  • Participate in sales promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
