We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of our Healthcare IT staffing firm. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, efficient, and communicate well. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and other correspondence.
- Assist in preparing agendas and taking minutes for meetings as needed.
- Conduct research and compile data as requested by the CEO.
- Handle expenses and reimbursements for the CEO.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
- Able to work onsite.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Open to travel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in the healthcare or IT industry is a plus.
