Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at NHC HealthCare Fort Oglethorpe. As a RN, you'll play a vital role in providing direct patient care, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and promoting a culture of excellence and respect.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement care.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness and empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and policies that enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A current RN license in the state of Georgia.
  • At least 1 year of experience in geriatric care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
