Responsibilities- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families on post-hospital care and self-management
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
- Active Registered Nursing Licensure in Tennessee or eNLC licensure with multistate privileges
- One year of recent acute care experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Previous nursing experience in Med/Surg, Telemetry, Cardiac, Emergency, or Critical Care service lines
