Nurse Care Coordinator

At The Rosewood at Fort Oglethorpe, we are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Nurse Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents and supervising clinical staff members.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and provide nursing care for residents
- Supervise and direct clinical staff members
- Accurately implement physicians' orders
- Administer medications and perform treatments
- Participate in orientation and in-service training
- Ensure supplies are utilized economically and equipment is maintained
- Report and record pertinent observations and reactions
- Coordinate nursing care for residents during therapy or procedures
- Assist with emergency measures
- Participate in counseling, disciplinary action, and termination of staff
- Supervise nursing unit/hall and direct staff
- Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN School of Nursing
- Valid LPN/LVN license in this state
- Valid CPR certification
- One year experience in nursing preferred
