- Ensure compliance with policies, fiscal standards, and regulatory requirements, upholding the highest standards of integrity and accountability.
- Five or more years of leadership experience in a comparable non-profit or sales organization, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and team success.
- Experience recruiting, engaging, and activating executive-level corporate and medical volunteers, leveraging their expertise and influence.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective teams, foster a culture of collaboration, and drive results-oriented performance.
- Ability to influence others through strategic planning, effective communication, and a shared vision for success.
- Proven ability to think strategically, analyze market data, and apply knowledge to inform decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Non-Profit Management, Communications, or a related field, with a strong foundation in leadership, fundraising, and strategic planning.
- Ability to travel locally, with access to reliable transportation.
- A competitive salary range of $94,200 to $125,600, commensurate with experience and geographic location.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, as well as a robust retirement program with employer match.
- 16 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) and 12 paid holidays per year, promoting work-life balance and well-being.
