Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant technical experience
- Experience within a manufacturing setting is essential

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance and efficiency for the final assembly line in the CC ESP product sector
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles (BPS) across the value stream, focusing on equipment design, selection, layouts, and material flow
- Coordinate engineering changes and oversee new manufacturing/product launches (PPAP)
- Identify and spearhead projects aimed at improving safety, cost-effectiveness, quality, delivery, and utilization of manufacturing processes to meet strategic objectives
- Plan and manage capital equipment acquisitions and installations, ensuring compliance with pre-acceptance and final acceptance protocols
- Utilize MES and other analytical tools for daily management to achieve performance targets and drive continuous improvement
- Assist in business planning and oversee the implementation of budgetary expenses
- Collaborate frequently with cross-departmental teams to meet local objectives and benchmark continuous improvement efforts
- Perform additional tasks as necessary
