- Assist project managers in preparing supporting documentation, such as timesheets, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Be accountable for accurate and timely invoice submission, adhering to internal deadlines and client-specific requirements.
- Develop positive client relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service.
- Set up and maintain project system fields, utilizing relevant accounting software or systems to track cost and revenue.
- Support the accounting team as needed, providing assistance and support in various financial activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Working knowledge of GAAP Standards and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Exceptional numerical and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate and work well within cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Associate's degree required or relevant work experience.
- Experience with a comprehensive accounting system (Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint experience is a plus).
This is an onsite position reporting to the ICE office 5 days a week. The ICE offices are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, allowing an unpaid hour for lunch daily. Work schedules may vary according to the project schedule.
