As an Autonomous Vehicle Test Operator, you will engage with cutting-edge AI technologies while ensuring the effective testing of self-driving vehicles. Your role will involve collecting critical data to aid in the development of these systems. Success in this position requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while prioritizing safety and providing precise feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate autonomous vehicles for 6 to 8 hours daily, five days a week.
  • Adapt to flexible shift hours as required.
  • Be open to domestic travel, potentially up to 30% of the time.
  • Monitor software systems with sustained attention and focus.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to acquire new skills and technologies.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Perform repetitive tasks efficiently for extended periods.
  • Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in autonomous vehicle operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Undergo a drug test and background check as part of the hiring process.
  • Maintain a driving record that complies with state regulations and laws.

Compensation: $27 - $30 per hour
