Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Self-Driving Vehicle Operator. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating our autonomous vehicles, collecting data, and providing feedback to support the development of our AI-powered systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate autonomous vehicles for extended periods, collecting data and providing feedback to support system development
  • Monitor software systems, ensuring consistent focus and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
  • Meet and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in AV operations or a related field preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility with domestic travel up to 30%
