Role Responsibilities

As an Autonomous Vehicle Test Operator, you will engage with cutting-edge AI technologies on the road. Your primary responsibility will be to operate autonomous vehicles for testing purposes and gather critical data to facilitate system development. This role demands efficiency in a dynamic environment, with a strong emphasis on safety and the provision of precise, detailed feedback.

Key Qualifications

  • Ability to operate a vehicle for 6 - 8 hours daily, five days a week
  • Willingness to work flexible shift hours
  • Openness to domestic travel, up to 30%
  • Capability to monitor software systems with sustained attention
  • Desire to acquire new skills and technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior experience in autonomous vehicle operations is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Must pass a drug test and background check
  • Must maintain a driving record that complies with state AVT and other relevant regulations

Compensation: $27 - $30 Hourly
