Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Proposal Coordinator to join our Marketing + Communications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and submitting high-quality proposals to clients across various industries, including architecture, engineering, and construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and submit high-quality proposals to clients across various industries, including architecture, engineering, and construction.
  • Work closely with the proposal leadership team, marketing communications team, technical architecture and engineering staff, and executive leadership to ensure that proposals meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and edit technical content for proposals.
  • Research and maintain competitor analysis and market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Identify key goals, objectives, or outcomes and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Uphold company brand standards and maintain proposal standards.
  • Track the lifecycle of a project and update data in a timely fashion.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Communications, English, Business, Marketing, Journalism, or related degree.
  • At least five years of proposal development experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Deltek Vision.
  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and ability to rework technical content for a wider audience.
  • Build excellent working relationships to attain goals.
  • Be organized, self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
  • Effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills.
