POSITION OVERVIEW

The Growth Strategist will identify, cultivate, and secure new business avenues to bolster Blueprint University's expansion. This position is vital in driving revenue and establishing strategic alliances. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust business insight, exceptional communication abilities, and a successful history in business development to foster mutual benefits for our organization and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and cultivate new business avenues to enhance revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Promote Blueprint University's offerings to potential clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet business development objectives.
  • Prepare and present persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities and progress towards objectives.
  • Represent Blueprint University at industry events to network and generate leads.
  • Support marketing initiatives to attract new clients and partners.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record in business development or sales.
  • Ability to build and sustain strong client and partner relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinker with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Networking: Actively engage in networking events to promote Blueprint University's offerings.
  • Ambassador Role: Advocate for our mission and services in all professional interactions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Experience in education or supporting entrepreneurs is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and business development tools.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to travel for business development activities and events.
