Business Growth Strategist

Stixis Technologies Inc is seeking a seasoned Business Growth Officer to drive revenue growth and expand its market presence in the U.S. technology services sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Networking: Leverage an existing network of contacts within the U.S. technology sector to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth by identifying prospective clients in industries like Media & Entertainment, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, and others relevant to Stixis' offerings.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Focus on converting leads into signed contracts, ensuring timely closure of business deals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts to foster ongoing partnerships.
- Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand Stixis Technologies' market presence in the U.S. technology services space.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Pre-sales, Delivery, and Solutions Architects to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the company's capabilities and value proposition.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Proven track record in business development or sales within the technology services industry in the U.S.
- Strong existing network or connections in the U.S. tech sector (CXO/VP level relationships are highly preferred).
- Ability to quickly convert prospects into closed deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to operate independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles in the U.S. technology services industry.
- Experience working with U.S. clients, especially in technology services, is essential.
