Key Responsibilities of the GSR:
  • Safety - Ensure customer safety throughout their experience in the facility
  • Sales - Engage with guests to recommend and sell experiences that enhance their visit
  • Service - Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor that excites customers about their experience and assist them promptly
  • Service - Address product/service concerns by clarifying issues, selecting appropriate solutions, and ensuring follow-through
  • Additional Duties - Manage merchandise stock, maintain cleanliness of the facility, operate the wind tunnel, process refunds and rescheduling as needed, and participate in marketing-related content creation for promotional purposes.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Availability to work on weekends is essential
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Exceptional sales and customer service skills
  • Confidence in both phone and face-to-face interactions
  • Ability to resolve conflicts, multitask, and understand customer needs
  • Friendly, upbeat, and approachable personality
  • Integrity, punctuality, and a professional appearance
