Service Center Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Service Center Manager to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a key member of our service center team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve business objectives.
- Take ownership of daily operations, including inventory management, labor management, and financial performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Mentor and train team members to optimize their development and performance.
- Ensure a safe and secure working environment, adhering to Environmental, Health & Safety compliance and other policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 6 months of supervisory experience in a retail environment, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Knowledge of cash handling, facility, and safety control policies and practices.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
