Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an organizational learning strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning programs, including eLearning, virtual, and classroom-based solutions.
  • Conduct training needs analysis with managers to identify gaps and opportunities for employee development.
  • Maintain awareness of the Learning and Development budget.
  • Select, develop, and manage an LMS system with curriculums and administrative reporting.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate instructional design models and methods based on project objectives.
  • Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using a variety of learning engagement tools.
  • Develop supporting materials such as participant guides, job aids, and assessments.
  • Deliver training programs, ensuring a positive and impactful learning experience, including new hire, professional, and leadership development programs.
  • Develop and administer mandatory compliance training.
  • Manage post-training evaluations and feedback to continuously improve Learning and Development offerings and show ROI on select courses.
  • Work with department leaders to develop and grow top performers as defined by our nine-block program.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on learning and development systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Master's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Certification in Instructional Design or Learning and Development.
  • 5+ years in learning and development.
  • 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.
  • Experience developing eLearning content and managing LMS platforms.
  • Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding project management ability.
  • Experience with virtual training delivery methods.
  • Familiarity with talent management systems.
