Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an organizational learning strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning programs, including eLearning, virtual, and classroom-based solutions.
- Conduct training needs analysis with managers to identify gaps and opportunities for employee development.
- Maintain awareness of the Learning and Development budget.
- Select, develop, and manage an LMS system with curriculums and administrative reporting.
- Evaluate and select appropriate instructional design models and methods based on project objectives.
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using a variety of learning engagement tools.
- Develop supporting materials such as participant guides, job aids, and assessments.
- Deliver training programs, ensuring a positive and impactful learning experience, including new hire, professional, and leadership development programs.
- Develop and administer mandatory compliance training.
- Manage post-training evaluations and feedback to continuously improve Learning and Development offerings and show ROI on select courses.
- Work with department leaders to develop and grow top performers as defined by our nine-block program.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on learning and development systems and processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Master's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Certification in Instructional Design or Learning and Development.
- 5+ years in learning and development.
- 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.
- Experience developing eLearning content and managing LMS platforms.
- Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Outstanding project management ability.
- Experience with virtual training delivery methods.
- Familiarity with talent management systems.
