Position Overview:
As an Intervention Specialist at Catapult Learning, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the educational experience of students in grades K-12. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities during regular school hours in Broward County, FL.

Your Responsibilities:
- Advocate for students and act as a mentor to guide their academic journey.
- Instruct small groups in Reading/ELA and Math, focusing on intervention strategies.
- Implement designated instructional models to improve readiness, reading, mathematics, and writing skills using company-designed materials.
- Develop individualized lesson plans tailored to each student's skill level.
- Ensure student supervision at all times, facilitating safe transitions between classrooms and learning stations.
- Maintain accurate records and perform timely data entry, including attendance and progress reports.
- Schedule and conduct parent meetings to discuss student progress.
- Collaborate with supervisors, classroom teachers, and parents to ensure effective communication.
- Other duties as assigned.

Instructional Strategies:
- Customize lesson plans using provided resources to meet student needs.
- Maximize instructional time through effective pacing and differentiation.
- Create an educational environment that clarifies learning goals and fosters connections among lessons.
- Utilize data to inform and adjust instructional practices.

Classroom Culture:
- Engage students by establishing clear learning objectives and encouraging critical thinking.
- Foster a growth mindset and ensure students take ownership of their learning.
- Implement routines and procedures that promote student success.

Professional Development:
- Participate in training sessions to master new content and demonstrate competency in assessments.
- Embrace feedback and continuously seek to improve teaching methodologies.

Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records to analyze student support, including attendance and academic data.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
