Training Manager

Job Summary:
The Training Manager is responsible for identifying training needs across the sales and account development lifecycles using data, performance insights, and internal customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and evolve the training strategy to meet internal customer training needs.
- Lead, track, and reinforce training to deliver an effective learning plan.
- Partner with business partners to maintain alignment and evolve training materials, topics, delivery methods, and calendar of activities.
- Determine and define what success looks like for the training program by partnering with the performance and insights team and using business performance metrics to measure outcomes and evolve training over time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Outstanding facilitation skills, engaging style in front of both small and large audiences, strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to build an exciting learning experience.
- Ability to identify learning and performance improvement needs, develop objectives, design plans, and demonstrate return on investment.
- Excellent discernment and results orientation.
- Outstanding relationship building skills with proven track record to effectively collaborate, partner, and advise senior leaders, internal business partners, external vendors, and customer-facing colleagues to uncover insights and build consensus.
- Strong presence with senior leaders and ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability to meet deadlines, excel in a sophisticated, fast-paced, multi-team environment with constantly evolving business demands.
- Enthusiastic, fun, flexible, and demonstrates a willingness to learn.

- Experience with developing successful programs to accelerate performance.
- Experience using creative tactics and programs to drive the adoption of new digital capabilities.
