Role Summary

YE California is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth: Identify new sales opportunities and expand existing accounts, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service and negotiating contracts to maximize revenue.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven Sales and Customer Service experience, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM software and Google Docs, excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
