Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Tennis Channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tennis industry, including players, tournaments, and day-to-day activities on and off the court.

The Direct to Consumer Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and executing data-driven CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention. This includes developing and executing campaigns, managing email databases, and analyzing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define strategy, objectives, and KPIs for email/push programs
  • Manage creative development campaigns and ensure all content meets brand standards
  • Monitor email/push performance and provide analytics and insights to leadership
  • Maintain email database and lead segmentation efforts
  • Define and execute A/B tests to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
