At Heather Stern, we are seeking a skilled Client Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our client support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.
Job OverviewWe offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
This is a full-time position based in the United States.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Client Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and accurate information to clients via phone and email.
- Assisting with onboarding new clients and guiding them through the process.
- Addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Verifying and facilitating client account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and other activities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products/services to offer comprehensive support.
- Contributing to the development of client service strategies to optimize customer experience.
- Managing client documentation and ensuring accuracy in records and data entry.
- Monitoring client accounts, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client services or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
