Job Title: Territory Manager - Medical Dermatology

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in the Medical Dermatology department. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics, and institutions that specialize in medical dermatology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Coordinate and integrate with the HQ Commercial Team and field-based employees to drive acceptance of promoted products
  • Manage promotional budgets within the territory
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales experience
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen
  • Ability to collaborate, innovate, adapt, and deliver results
  • Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • 3+ years of medical dermatology sales experience
  • Experience selling products in a complex Market Access environment
  • Experience promoting high-science products
  • Product launch experience
  • Experience selling in a highly competitive environment

  • Positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Highly motivated and professional
  • Ability to build trust with the matrix team and maintain transparency, ethics, and compliance
General Responsibilities/Decision Making Authority:
  • Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager
  • Responsible for understanding and leveraging CRM, sales data, and reports
  • Responsible for timely call reporting and expense reporting
  • Responsible for managing promotional budgets within the territory
  • Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
