About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Screw Machine Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, OH. As a key member of our Screw Department, you will be responsible for conducting routine inspections of machinery, assisting in training others, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Assist in training others to maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment per the COGZ Maintenance System
  • Diagnose the source of equipment problems by observing equipment operation and employing trouble-shooting methods
  • Initiate material requests for parts as needed
Requirements
  • Machine maintenance experience required, with a minimum of two to four years of related experience and/or training
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Commitment to safety and quality, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memorandums, and correspondence
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others verbally and in writing
