Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will provide personalized support and care to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support and care to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and behavioral support.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals, social workers, and family members, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Assist individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, to promote independence and self-advocacy.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.

Requirements

  • No experience required; training provided.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Driver's license preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
