About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our editorial team and drive the success of our digital media platform. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our content strategy, managing a team of editors and writers, and ensuring the highest quality of content is produced.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of editors and writers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all content produced meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure that our content is aligned with their goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in a senior editorial role, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and developing content strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of digital media and content strategy.
