You should be prepared to provide examples of how you have met your goals during your previous three to five years in sales, along with your experience in team leadership.

Specifically, we are interested in hearing how your leadership will enable associates to serve our customers with excellence, assisting them in selecting the products and services that best suit their needs.

As a company with a national presence, you should be open to relocation opportunities if you aspire to advance your career with UScellular.

A crucial element of your success will be your demonstrated ability to make sound business decisions.

Your knowledge of the wireless industry will provide you with the background necessary to offer leadership and expertise that benefits both our associates and customers.

As a leader with a track record of driving outstanding business results, you will understand what it takes "to be the best" in order to deliver exceptional service.

Do you prefer to work in an environment where you are respected, trusted, and empowered to make the necessary business decisions to delight customers and develop associates and leaders? At UScellular, we believe in achieving higher goals by focusing on the potential within our associates.
