Crisis Director of Clinical Operations

Pacific Clinics is a leading provider of behavioral and mental health services. As Crisis Sr. Clinical Director, you will oversee the management of direct service crisis programs, assessing strengths and needs. You will analyze outcomes for improvement opportunities, negotiate and develop program proposals, and resolve issues with outside agency customers. This role requires a Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, with five years of direct clinical experience, including three years in children's mental health. The ideal candidate will have California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or Ph.D., and experience in business management and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee management of direct service crisis programs
  • Analyze outcomes for improvement opportunities
  • Negotiate and develop program proposals
  • Resolve issues with outside agency customers

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Five years direct clinical experience, including three years in children's mental health
  • California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or Ph.D.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Business management and organizational development experience
  • Community-based program design and implementation experience
