As a Clinical Director of Crisis Services, you will oversee 24/7 staffing patterns and programs that provide service 24 hours a day, every day. You will negotiate and develop program proposals, monitor performance to program and outside agency contracts, and facilitate integration of staff efforts at all levels within programs and support teams.

Key responsibilities include assessing, evaluating, and managing risk, managing projects and service processes to develop and implement improvements in quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with agency policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to ensure the implementation of the agency's vision and mission.

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Five years direct clinical experience, including three years in children's mental health
  • Community-based program design and implementation experience
