Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Crisis Clinician I to join our team. In this role, you will work with children and adults to provide comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and clinical interventions. You will also be responsible for coordinating therapeutic activities in the community and ensuring that documentation and maintenance of clinical records are completed per appropriate standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations that are culturally relevant and appropriate to individual and family strengths and needs
• Develop effective treatment plans with clear and measurable intervention strategies
• Provide clinical leadership regarding individual and family system observations and relays behavioral data to team
• Record and collect clinical information in ways that promote and reflect individual and family input
• Coordinate the integration of comprehensive Functional Behavior Analysis and plans into overall individual and family service plans
• Facilitate the development and refinement of effective behavior and risk specific reactive and proactive safety plans

Requirements

• Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Social Work, Marriage Family Counselor, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field
• One (1) year of supervised clinical experience with children or adults
• Registered with the California BBS or BOP required
• Licensed according to California state law (Welfare and Institutions Code section 5600.2) or become licensed within the designated time frame
