As a Clinical Psychologist on our Child Team, you will be responsible for providing mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to children and adolescents. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy to patients and their families. Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents.
- Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed.
- Participate in staff conferences and meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and organizations to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited college or university.
- California Psychologist License within 6 months of hire.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatments and therapies for children and adolescents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Knowledge of child development and family dynamics.
- Experience with crisis intervention and stabilization services.
- Knowledge of community resources and agencies that provide services to children and adolescents.
