Job Summary:

As a Clinical Psychologist on our Child Team, you will be responsible for providing mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to children and adolescents. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy to patients and their families. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of mental health professionals who are dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents.
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed.
  • Participate in staff conferences and meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and organizations to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Requirements:
  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited college or university.
  • California Psychologist License within 6 months of hire.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatments and therapies for children and adolescents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Knowledge of child development and family dynamics.
  • Experience with crisis intervention and stabilization services.
  • Knowledge of community resources and agencies that provide services to children and adolescents.
